This autumn, the acclaimed writer Peter Buwalda is a guest writer at Leiden University. During a public interview, he will discuss his work, his writing, and the role of literature in our time with Sander Bax.
The conversation also touches upon creativity in a world increasingly influenced by technology and artificial intelligence. What does it mean to write and create something new in an era where machines are becoming increasingly capable of producing texts and stories? And what does the rise of AI say about human imagination, originality, and the special role of the writer?
