Join us during the Days of Art & Science for a special event at the Days Tower in Leiden, presented by the Leiden International Film Festival: a screening of the iconic sci-fi film RoboCop by Paul Verhoeven introduced by philosopher Nolen Gertz.
Nolen Gertz is a leading voice in the philosophy of technology and the author of Nihilism and Technology. His work explores how our tools shape our values, behaviors, and societies. Currently, he is working on a new book on technology in films —a critical examination of how technology and "techsploitation" is portrayed in cinema.
